The Call to Ministry

Every genuine follower of Jesus Christ is a part of a "royal priesthood" (1 Pet 2:9), having been set apart in service to God. This description of the believer is meant to emphasize that the entire Christian life is to be an offering to God (Rom 12:1; Phil 1:21). The Holy Spirit has uniquely granted and energized every Christian with spiritual giftedness for the benefit of church (1 Cor 12:7) The ministries of the 101 are meant to be an outlet for those who are in Christ to exercise the gifts that God has entrusted to them.
